Our goal at iTrendyStuff.com is
to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase or the item is defective, We will gladly accept
the return of products within 30 days of the date of shipment. After 30 days we
cannot accept the products back. If the item is defective you will need to
contact the manufacturer after 30 days. Claims for missing items or items
damaged in transit must be received within 2 days of receipt of item.
All
returned products must be sent with a tracking number, as we are not
responsible for products not received. The cost of returning products is the
responsibility of the customer. If our store offers a Free Shipping for an item. Shipping costs for unwanted items will be deducted from the refund for the Free Shipping item(s). All returned or exchanged items must be in
their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. A
restocking fee of 15%-40% may be charged if your product is not returned in its
original unopened condition/box or is missing packing material, manuals or any
accessories and used. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our
technical team and then we will issue an exchange or refund. Fulfillment
mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you
will also be accepted for return 2 business days from the date of receipt. We
cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender. Please allow 5-7
days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for refunds
Return Process Contact us by email at support@itrendystuff.com within 30 days of
shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning product. You
will be instructed on how to return your purchased item. Please do not place
stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package. The RA
number must be clearly written on the outer box. No returns will be accepted
without a RA number. Once an item arrives at iTrendyStuff, we will immediately
send a replacement or issue a refund. Return Authorization is valid for 10 days
only.
Cancellation Orders may be cancelled if the product has not yet been sent
to the fulfillment warehouse. Please contact us quickly we will do our best to assist you.
